Jagan Bugkusan – Terms and Conditions | Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement
By registering for and participating in the Jagan Bugkusan (“Event”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in this event is voluntary. By joining, you understand that running and physical activities involve risks, including but not limited to falls, dehydration, collisions, or other injuries. You participate at your own risk.
2. Liability Waiver
The organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and partners of Jagan Bugkusan shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or any other incident that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Participants are responsible for their own safety, health, and belongings at all times.
3. Medical Fitness
You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the event. If you have any medical condition, you are advised to consult your doctor before joining. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry if a participant is deemed unfit.
4. Registration and Payment
- Registration is confirmed only after payment verification.
- No proof of payment, no slot will be reserved.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Event Rules
- Follow the designated route and instructions from marshals or staff.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to disqualification.
- Littering or damaging the environment is strictly prohibited.
6. Changes or Cancellation
The organizers reserve the right to change the schedule, route, or event format due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
No refund will be issued in case of event cancellation due to causes beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, government restrictions).
7. Use of Images and Media
By participating, you grant permission to the organizers to use your photos, videos, and race results for promotional or documentation purposes without further consent or compensation.
8. Agreement
By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above.
